How to Join

    Ensure you are in the participant category designated by your institution.

    Complete the online registration form

    The official form link will be announced — QR code registration is also available.

    Confirm your spot & receive email confirmation

    Successful participants will receive a confirmation letter and participant reference kit.

    Attend on 11 October 2026

    Programme day registration begins at 8.00 AM in Kuala Lumpur.
